KJ Olden is an experienced, federally licensed criminal trial attorney who provides Arizona residents with exceptional legal representation. An Arizona native, KJ’s experience spans across the entire state of Arizona representing cases ranging from DUIs to serious felony offenses. 

Mr. Olden graduated from the Barrett Honors Program at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. While in college, KJ played on the Arizona State University Rugby Team.

After graduating from ASU, KJ obtained his legal degree In New England, earning his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of law in Bristol, Rode Island.

KJ returned “home” to Arizona, and entered the Arizona State Bar as a criminal defense practitioner. Quickly, KJ earned a reputation as a fierce trial advocate. Not only did he experience great success in courtroom, KJ also felt it was time to take a hiatus from the practice of law and serve his community. Mr. Olden joined the Arizona Judicial Branch serving as a Deputy Probation Officer in the Field Unit. As an officer, KJ learned the ins-and-outs of the criminal justice system from an applied perspective.

Today, KJ is practicing law and enjoys obtaining the results his clients deserve. KJ is known for his approachability and patience. He is happy to take the extra time to ensure that his clients are comfortable through difficult legal situations.

In addition to practicing law, KJ taught for three years as a Teaching Associate in the summer program at Brown University, an Ivy League institution. In his free time, KJ enjoys traveling, classic films and studying geography.
